ROLE
To assist and become a member of a care team in the provision of caring for the elderly within a residential setting. This will include working alongside senior members of staff or nurses dpending on the establishment.
Aims of Post
As part of the care team, you will be responsible for the general well being of the elderly and maintaining a high standard of care. To be able to assist in providing a quality service to the client group and anyone associated with their care.
