Could you support Account Directors in the day to day of managing a client base?
This client is expanding their Key Account management team and are currently looking to appoint 2 Account Executives (Graduate Account Managers) to their West London HQ.
The client is a leader in brand communications and consumer market research, they are changing the way brands and market research companies engage with their customers using innovative technology driven communities.
In this office based role your day will be busy and deadline driven every week. Working closely with your Account Director you will be fielding incoming customer enquiries, working on bid documentation, pricing, liaising with client services and marketing teams every day.
After finishing your training you will also be educating clients in regards to different market research propositions and how best to utilise the technology available.
This role needs a sharp, intelligent and sparky personality. You have probably had 6 - 12 months of commercial experience supporting a bid management, client service, customer service or account management team and are looking for a new challenge that gives you a defined career path into Key Account Management. Above all, you have great attention to detail and the willingness to go the extra mile for the team.
