Zachary Daniels are recruiting for a passionate and enthusiastic Recruitment Advisor for a well-established and growing luxury beauty brand in the UK.

We are looking for an individual passionate about recruitment, with 1-2 years experience in the sector.
You must be knowledgeable about luxury retail brands; ideally but not essentially, beauty.
The role consists of partly being based in a central London head office, supporting the in-house team in communication with applicants.
It will also consist of 2-3 days each week out of the office, covering the London and southern region carrying out interviews, talent spotting and training and coaching Managers. You will also be required to assist with company events and open days.
The ideal candidate will:

Demonstrate excellent relationship building skills and customer service to all candidates throughout the process.
Possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Be confident in IT skills, e.g. using Microsoft Excel.
Have previous recruitment experience.
Demonstrate a positive and proactive attitude to their role.
On offer is a competitive basic salary of £25-30,000 depending on experience, with extensive company benefits. Please be aware that this role is a six month fixed term contract.
