Master Butcher

Experienced fully qualified butcher required for our busy farm shop. You will be required to breakdown carcasses, prepare meat for the counter and prepare the display counter. Full knowledge of meat industry required to assist customers in their choice. Full knowledge of meat processing to include sausages, burgers and ready to cook meals. Applicants must have a sound knowledge of food hygiene and be ale to maintain a clean and safe environment along with associated record keeping. Experience with a range of butchery machinery. Excellent communication and customer service skills essential and flexibility to work within the shop environment including basic till operation. Ability to work alone as well as part of the whole shop team. Five days per week including weekends.
