Our fast paced and expanding client based in the heart of Lymington is seeking an organised and highly efficient Co-Ordinator to assist the Programme and Acquisition Directors. This is a new role due to expansion.
The aim of the Co-Ordinator is to work closely with all areas of the business liaising with both internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure the effective management of the programme.
Key responsibilities will include:
·Ensuring the programme is planned and implemented effectively and realistically
·Accurately forecasting and reporting on elements of the programme, measuring progress against forecast and milestones
·Analysing and interpreting data
·Providing a full range of co-ordinator supporting the Acquisition Manager and Programme Director
·Identifying issues across all projects and assist in resolving these as quickly as possible. Conducting desktop feasibility reports on potential builds
The right candidate will be assertive, organised, and able to work to tight deadlines and have a confident manner about them. Strong MS Office skills in Word, Excel and Outlook and knowledge of SharePoint Sales is an advantage.
