This role is for an intelligent, articulate and emotionally intelligent career sales person with 12 - 18 months B2B sales experience to join a growing and diverse sales team. The client is a provider of advertising and marketing solutions to Law Firms internationally. They provide published literature, events and industry journals that are recognised in the corporate legal world.
Due to recent growth and promotions they are currently looking to hire a Delegate Sales Manager to join their Commercial Dispute Resolution Team and sell delegate tickets for the CDR conferences.
In this role you will be working in an existing sales team, selling delegate tickets for the conferences by way of sales calls and face to face meetings. There will also be an element of research involved to understand the market and client needs, as well as to build a strong pipeline. The events are a fantastic place for professionals to to connect with legal experts, and network as well as provide a learning platform for continuous professional development.
The role requires an intelligent approach to selling. Previous experience of at least 12-18 months in delegate sales is essential. The decision makers you will be speaking with are highly educated and very commercially savvy, you will need to be someone who is ambitious, articulate and intelligent with excellent communication skills - written, spoken and interpersonal - and is comfortable with making sales over the phone and face to face. The client is essentially looking for a self-starter with a lot of energy, flexibility, adaptability and capacity to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
