Office Administrator

  • £16500 - £19500 per annum

Due to exponential growth, we are now looking for a highly experienced and confident Office Administrator to join our friendly team and build a future with our company.

As the Office Administrator, you will be part of the existing Admin team and will undertake all payroll and administrative tasks as required in a busy recruitment agency environment.

Key responsibilities include:
Perform reception duties and act as the first point of contact for all visitors
Assisting candidates with the completion of registration paperwork in accordance to company standards
Updating and maintaining a database using MS Office on a day to day basis
General Filing/Photocopying/Document Processing
To deal with employee queries as and when they arise
Processing the branch payroll on a weekly basis (full training provided)
Deal with all invoice related queries
Assist consultants and senior manager with admin support

Person Specification:

As this is a very fast paced role, we require an individual who has the ability to multi-task, but maintain accuracy and attention to detail at all times
Possess first class written and verbal communication skills
Be an extremely organised individual who can meet demanding deadlines
Be able to adapt to demands and changes within the business and still remain professional, focussed and motivated

It is essential that you have experience in a similar role or as Payroll Administrator, Office Administrator, Business Administrator, Administrator Assistant, Office Assistant, Administration Support, Assistant Administrator, PA, Secretary, HR Administrator, HR Assistant, Recruitment Administrator, Recruitment Assistant, Receptionist
