Your New Role
As a temporary Receptionist / Administrator based in the Newcastle area you will be responsible for a wide range of duties. The primary ones will be representing our Client's business through Front of House Reception duties such as meeting and greeting people with learning disabilities, booking and preparing meeting rooms, handling the switchboard system and ensuring all calls are transferred to the right department/person. The Administration duties will involve photocopying important documentation, storing it in an organised appropriate manner, coordinating staff vacation/sick days and arranging lessons.
Please note this is a full time temporary position which requires you to hold an enhanced DBS.
What You'll Need to Succeed
To succeed as a Front of House Receptionist / Administrator you will need recent experience in a similar role. You will require a confident and professional telephone manner with the ability to speak to a range of different people throughout the day. As a member of the Front of House you will need to be very presentable. As an Administrator you will be comfortable using the Microsoft Office suite as well as personable with the right attitude to fit into a team.
An Enhanced DBS is crucial for this role due to the nature of the clients.
