An opportunity has arisen in our busy Leeds office for a Receptionist. The role supports the office with providing an efficient reception service and administrative support (as part of a team) including call handling and preparation of communications and documents, diary management, health and safety within the office environment and other administrative tasks as required.

Duties of the Receptionist:

  • Front of office i.e. answering mainline calls, co-ordination of meeting arrangements, receiving attendees for meetings and arranging refreshments, post, general housekeeping
  • Filing, scanning, dead file management, confidential shredding
  • Stationery management
  • Maintenance of ISO accreditation standards i.e., completion of office risk assessments for new starters
  • Binding of Reports
  • Liaison with Marketing Department re Marketing and Events coordination (organising stands, accommodation etc.), fundraising events

Requirements of the Receptionist:

  • Previous Receptionist experience
  • Strong communication, organisational, typing skills
  • Diary management
  • Typing skills and MS Office basic knowledge in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Well-presented and professional
