Elite Associates is looking for an Account Manager for our temporary recruitment division (Fashion) to manage our luxury fashion accounts. We strive to provide the best service to our international clients & candidates and are looking for motivated talent that is eager to be part of Elite Associates and further their own growth. We are close to one of the busiest periods of the year for Retail Temps guaranteeing high commissions. Experience with Retail temps necessary and/or event & hospitality staffing management.
As our agency continues to have the strongest year to date with all divisions hitting new all-time billing records we are recruiting across the divisions. We are currently working on 60+ retained projects and our turnover is +£1,000,000 since last year. We are looking for a motivated Account Manager that wants to join in and benefit from our strength as an agency as we grow year on year.
This is an exciting time to join Elite Associates as we commence an exciting strategy to expand internationally with a growing team in New York and vision to open offices in Dubai by end of year and eventually Los Angeles & APAC. We also have plans to open smaller hubs all over Europe so that we can continue expanding our network and relationships.
You will dedicate your time to your candidates, clients, mapping the market & becoming an expert in luxury industry knowledge providing clients & candidates with the high-end service expected in the luxury world. Business Development is another important aspect of the role and is driven by referrals at the moment due to the continued success of the team.

As an Account Manager you will work closely with your clients across the UK to fill vacancies within Luxury brands. This role is offering a basic salary with commission scheme and no limit to what you could earn, in your first year you should be taking home £62,000+

As an Account manager you will be responsible for understanding & matching the needs of both clients and candidates whilst providing a high quality, consultative and consistent level of service externally and internally.
Industry knowledge in fashion retail, luxury retail, head office functions, International markets, current market trends. It is essential to continually keep abreast of trends and changes relevant to your market place and area of specialism.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Client Management & Negotiation:
*Client control, to maintain existing relationships
*Identify any potential new business opportunities and report them to the Head of Client Relations
*Candidate control, keep in regular contact, receiving availability, consultant queries etc with the support of a Resourcer
Planning, Organisation and Administration & Communication:
*Confidently present yourself to clients and candidates, representing the Elite brand always
*Communicate effectively to all clients, whether it is potential clients or regarding bookings
