We are delighted to be supporting a brand-new client who is an Ecommerce and product manufacturing business based in London with their requirement for a Technical Customer Support Advisor.
It will be your main responsibility to provide technical support and an excellent customer service experience within design and product manufacturing. You will use your knowledge and experience to liaise with the customer on the telephone to provide them with clear and accurate support and information in relation to the product in question. A main part of your role will be to deal with inbound calls from customers with regards to returns and complaints.
The successful candidate for this Technical Customer Support Advisor must have strong experience working within a customer focused role. You will have experience of dealing with customer complaints and providing technical support. Someone who has a background within IT/Electronics would be desirable, due to the types of calls you would be taking.
You must be a bubbly, confident and positive individual who has the ability to work in a high pressured environment.
The operating hours for this role are Monday-Friday 8.30-5.30pm and the salary is paying between £22,000 - £26,000 dependant on experience.
