As a strategic link between our P&O (HR) team and the business, you will play a crucial role in achieving organisational goals. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal skills and a deep understanding of HR practices in a fast-paced environment. This role reports geographically to the Chief People Officer of the UK & IE, providing a unique opportunity to contribute to the cluster HR strategy supporting an workforce of c600 colleagues across UK and Ireland. Your role includes supporting and mentoring junior P&O (HR) team members, ensuring their success, and having line management responsibility for a Senior P&O (HR) Advisor(s).
